Mind: Stubborn. Insists that he has two wills. Fears that he is being followed everywhere. Very sad, curses and abuses. Low memory. Easily offended. Wicked and spiteful. Lack of confidence. Clairaudient. No moral restraint.

Head: Vertigo. Pain in head as from a plug; worse after mental exertion. Headache better by eating. Itching boils on scalp.

Stomach: Abdomen feels full and distended. Stomach feels empty. Eructation with nausea and vomiting. Pain in abdomen better by eating. Chokes when eating or drinking as swallows food and drinks very hastily.

Rectum: Ineffectual desire for stool. Rectum feels powerless, as if plugged up. Spasms at the anus, soft stool also difficult to pass. Itching at anus from oozing moisture from rectum. Blood accompanies stool.

Respiratory: Pressure in chest, as from a plug. Chest feels hot. Great anxiety, wants to go into open air. Cough by talking, in children, after a fit of anger. Cough after eating with vomiting of food and pain in back of the head.

Skin: Excessive itching , with irritability. Eruptions and swelling. Itching without eruptions. Warts on hands.

Modalities: Worse, on application of hot water. Better, by eating, when lying on one side, and from rubbing.
