General Policy
Due to the nature of homeopathic medicines and healthcare products, we follow strict quality and safety standards. Once medicines are sold, they cannot be returned or exchanged, except in specific cases mentioned below.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used medicines
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items purchased during promotional or discounted sales
- Products without original packaging or invoice
Eligible Return & Refund Cases
You may request a return or refund only if:
- You received a wrong product
- The product was damaged during delivery
- The product was expired at the time of delivery
In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Return Request Process
To request a return or refund:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your Order ID, product details, and clear photos of the issue
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Method & Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method
- Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side
Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund, at our discretion
Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on stock availability.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your Order ID
Wholesale Orders
For wholesale customers:
- Returns and refunds are subject to separate agreements
- Opened or partially used wholesale items are non-refundable
- Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
